Dumpster Rental - How It Works
Step 1: Order a dumpster
The size of your dumpster will depend on the scope of your project. A rough guide:
8-yard dumpster (1 yard = 3′ x 3′) is great for smaller projects, like cleaning out a cluttered room or shed.
12-yard dumpster is great for small remodeling jobs like renovating an office or bathroom or a small garage cleanout
15-yard dumpster is great for residential and commercial use. This size can be used for home cleanouts, full kitchen remodels, or even just getting rid of random junk in your basement.
18-yard dumpster is great for larger projects. residential customers and commercial customers use this dumpster size for home remodels, large garage & basement clean outs, estate cleanouts & construction site cleanup.

Step 2: Fill your dumpster
How much can I fit in a dumpster?
You can fit as much waste into your dumpster as it can hold, but we do have some guidelines for you to follow. Your dumpster should not be filled over the sides, and if you need more space for trash, please call us so that we can send you an additional dumpster. The allowed tonnage of each container changes with its size.
How high can I fill my dumpster?
We recommend filling up your entire container to the top because it will cost less per cubic yard if you have filled all of the available space. However, we do ask you to not go any higher than the top of the sides of the container. The drivers have to be able to safely tarp the dumpster and transport it down the road without any debris falling off and causing accidents. Try to do your best at estimating the size roll off you'll need that way we send a large enough box for whatever type of job you are working on.

Step 3: Your scheduled pickup day
At the time of booking your dumpster, we’ll let you know the pickup and delivery dates. The customer doesn't have to be present for either, as long as the dumpster is paid for in full and contract is signed.
The pickup can be any time during the scheduled day. It is important to note that we are not able to give a time due to traffic conditions and weather delays. You should plan to have everything loaded into your dumpster before the day of pickup. We ask that on your scheduled pickup day you make sure there is nothing blocking the bin so the driver can back the truck or trailer directly to the container without any issues. Having your dumpster picked up is as easy as that.
If you have any questions about your scheduled pickup day, please just give us a call at 518-791-3598 and our office staff will be happy to answer whatever questions you have.

Our simple process is one way to help make your next project go a little bit easier
Our simple process is one way to help make your next project go a little bit easier. Dumpster rental is a great way to get rid of all the junk, debris & trash from your next project—whether you're renovating or just cleaning out clutter, we can help. The following steps will take you through our simple process:
Call us at 518-791-3598 and tell us about your dumpster rental needs and what size of dumpster you need. We will ask you some questions about what type of material will be in the dumpster and how long of a rental period you'll need before being picked up and emptied by our drivers. As soon as we have this information, we'll be able to give you our pricing options and schedule delivery of the first dumpster!
Once this first roll off container arrives at your location, fill it up with all of your unwanted materials from around the house or business facility. You can put most types of debris into these containers including household waste such as furniture pieces; construction debris like sawdust or drywall; lawn/garden waste like leaves; or even whatever is left over from projects like painting projects! Just remember that if heavy materials such as concrete, shingles, dirt, etc. make their way into these containers there's most likely is going to be some sort of overweight fee associated with the extra disposal fees so make sure you look into those before placing anything inside!
That's it! Once the bin is full, just be ready for our drivers it on the scheduled pickup day. Then call us again when ready for another one sent out--it really couldn't get much simpler than that!"
